Th eir influence played a significant role in shaping New Harmony into an imp ortant center for learning and social experimentation.\nThe event will inc lude remarks from Diane Sanders and Ryan Rokicki\, the Co-chairs of the Ow en-Maclure 200th Anniversary. The keynote lecture will be presented by Dr. Gerald Gutek\, a prominent historian of education and the author of sever al publications on early American schooling.
